The June activity calendar / charts are ready!!!!
They're free to print.
- Pick one.
- Print it.
- Keep it somewhere you'll see it each day.
- Place a sticker or a doodle or fill in the date however you wish on days you workout.
I like using stickers AND making note of the miles I've run for the day. I actually buy new stickers each month just to feed my activity chart need.
These silly little charts have helped me reach my 100 miles run per month goal for the past two months! Not into charting miles? It's not important. All that matters is seeing the visual accountability of what you've done....or haven't done. I'll be printing the flip flop version for myself. I need to go reload the printer with ink first.

Greetings! thanks SOOO much for the actvity calendar. I love the flips flops. I printed it off, laminated it at staples and put a star each day i stretch or walk. it REALLY works. so thanks so much!
I am trying to figure out how to create a chart that i can track my weigh loss to inspire me to my goal. Biggest loser has a dry erase board with a a fundraising thermoter...with your goal weight at the top....could you make a document like that. so each week you can color in the thermoter to reach ur goal. u seem pretty creative and others might like it as well. thanks again !!!
Hello! Just wanted to let you know I printed your flower calendar and taped it to my fridge! My goal is to walk 6/7 days of the week and consume more water! thank you!
