These calendars are free to print. Simply add a sticker or fill in the date box in some way to indicate you exercised for the day. You could also sticker it AND write in each box [what a rebel!]. Personally, I ran 12 miles this morning. I'll for sure write a big
"12" in Sharpie on today's date, and then slap a sticker beside the 12. Hey, if I can no longer reward myself with food...
then a sticker will simply have to do. Or maybe a foot massage! lol

I've got an 8-mile run on the calendar for tomorrow. Really really want to do it, but only ran once in the last two weeks, that was this past Tuesday and it was only about 3 miles.
I'm going to see how I feel tomorrow. Health "stuff" had me slow down for a bit. I'm feeling better though and really really need to get out there. I'm craving a good long run.
