So...I'm not big into reading. Yes, I can read. No, I don't spend a lot of time doing so. However, I noticed 10 Lessons from a Former Fat Girl: Living with Less of You and More of LifeWhen Amy speaks, she is speaking to me. Have you ever known someone like that? Someone you can relate to on such an emotionally deep level? It's amazing how you can sometimes connect with someone you've never met in person! I'm not sure if it's her former fat status that allows me to feel her pain, or the fact that both of us have an autistic child. We for sure share many of the same life issues. At any rate, she is an amazing role model for so many women struggling with weight issues.
I am curious to know if anyone else has read Amy's book? What are your thoughts? I'm about halfway through it. It will probably take me a month to read it at the rate I'm going (a page here, a page there). So nobody wait on me for a book review! lol

Hi Heather!
Thanks for reading my book! I hope you and your readers enjoy it! xoxox Amy
This book changed my mindset on almost everything! I have lost 73 pounds since last summer on weight watchers. This book gave me the "recharge" I needed to begin finishing my journey. I connect to her on SO many levels. This book is amazing!
