Plan ahead. It will help you be (and stay) successful. If I know what I'm having for dinner, I can plan the rest of my day rather easily. The weekly menu leads to my daily plan. The plan is like a little road map of sorts. It gets me from Point A to Point B.....while staying within (or at least close to) my daily Point range. :)
{Side Note: Some of the books I use are really old publications that I dearly love! You can find them on amazon.com....

These books aren't always easy to find, but I love them so much. We find ourselves using the recipes over and over. A few of them are now embedded into my brain, and I no longer have to pull the book off the shelf. If that's not true love, then....I don't know what it is!}

Thanks so much for posting this! I am ordering those books today. I just joined Weight Watchers and I want to be successful!
That sounds great! What a yummy spread!
I SOOOO need to follow your lead and plan out my weekly meals. I find that I am really good with making the entree but fall short on making sure I get enough veggies, sides, etc.
Wow, I can't tell you how much I loved your videos. I googled weight watchers blogs and you were one of the first. There is nothing more helpful than hearing real tips from a real person. Weight Watchers web site is great and all but some of the recipes aren't quite as accessible and down-to-earth as a busy mom of little one needs. Thanks so much for all you share!
