{May 2-8 dinner menu}
I don't have recipes typed up for what's listed above. I'm only mentioning it because if I don't, I'll have 20 emails waiting for me went I get home asking for certain recipes. I post my family's dinner menu to remind everyone, including myself, to stay on track. Planning ahead is a HUGE help for me. Planning & writing down what I eat has kept those 80 pounds off for 8 years now. So don't knock what works. I will say, I wish I had enough time to sit around typing recipes all day! That's for sure a retirement dream of mine. [Picture it: Me. Sittiing on the beach with my laptop, bottle of light beer in hand, typing recipes for the world to try. It's a nice dream ain't it?] :) I did pull two meal ideas from the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook, though. We've not tried either of them, so I'd love to hear from you if you have! The book is great. So far, we've liked each and every recipe made from it. Especially the Black Bean Soup! I could live off that recipe. OK, maybe not. But you know what I mean.

I got back to proper meal planning this week and it made me so happy!! Last night I made garlicky bean & broccoli burritos and later in the week I'll be doing some yummy veggie wraps, quinoa salad and orange-maple tempeh. Yum!!
I would love to know what you eat at the Mongolia Grill and how many points it costs you. I love that food and was a little afraid after adding it up one time...
