Need a Weight Watchin' food / snack idea for a fellow "loser" :)

Kayla contacted me on Facebook with this cry for help....
"i am doing ww and my ww is having a open house on thursday and i was wondering if u had any suggestions on like something cute or fun to bring to eat i'm doing pina colada cupcakes so good 2 pts but i wanted to do something else like a little finger food, if you could help please do if not it is fine i know you have a lot of things going so if you cant get back to me it is fine"
My mind went totally blank upon receiving this message. lol  Can you help?  Something WW friendly, obviously.  Oh, and it probably should be something she can take with her & it holds up well from her house to her WW meeting.  Double oh, she needs it before Thursday.  Feel free to post something on my Facebook wall, email me, or leave a comment here on the blog.  I'm happy to pass your idea along to Kayla.  Now, let the power of social media do its thing! [That's pretty much the same as saying "Wonder Twins Powers...Activate!".]

take 1/2 slice roast beef and spread 1/2 tsp fat free cream cheese on roast beef. wrap around a scallion. These are yummy roll ups and offer a ton of flavor.

Hard-boiled eggs. Take out the yolk and throw in a dollop of roasted red pepper hummus. Very tasty and only 1 point.

Meringue cookies--the ones with egg whites. Trader Joe's has them in tubs, and you can make them easily enough too.

Oooh, loving the stuffed egg idea! What a great alternative to the traditional "deviled egg"!

Having a brain fog this morning, Heather. Can't figure out how to email you. :)

Oh, well. Wanted to let you know I'm making your crockpot chicken enchiladas today. Yum! Going to make my own enchilada sauce with it. I'll let you know how it all turns out.
