It's Monday....weekly dinner menu post

Getting the week started.  I can't beleive it's Monday....again. 


Plan for the week.  It helps you stay on track.  Trust me.  I'm an 80 pound loser who has managed to keep the weight off for over 8 years.  [the crowd goes wild]

Most of this week's menu ideas came from the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook.  I've been hitting that book hot and heavy the past couple of weeks.  Love it.  You can buy it on Amazon if you're interested in owning a copy for your family.  :)

Yep. That way I don't have to hunt through the book when it's time to start dinner. :)

I haven't tried that cookbook yet, I am using the Eat Clean Cookbook from Tosca reno, its great you should chek it out. Some recipes are high in points but great health wise

I'll have to check that one out. Big numbers don't scare me away. That's what portion control and salad is for. lol
