I write down how many miles I run or walk in the little boxes. You could add a sticker or color in the box if you'd like. Or write down how many minutes of cardio...or weights you put in for the day. The point is to keep track of what you;re doing. The chart is also a reflection of what you're NOT doing. (It pains me to see blank days.) Keeping tabs on activity is just as important as logging calories. Anyhoo, in the spirit of this month, MAY the activity be with you. Guess what I was watching this morning while I made the calendars? :)

I'm totally excited to find your blog...I'm a WW lapsed lifetimer (went LT in 2000) but back on the bandwagon after putting pudge back on post-baby. No more excuses, since baby is now 5 :) I'd love to start running as well and think that the Disney Princess 1/2 would be a fabulous motivator!
