Weekly dinner menu (3/21-3/27)

Here's this week's dinner menu for my crew..... 

As always, I do not provide recipes for the dishes I make.  I wish I had that much time to sit and type my life away, but I simply don't.  I want you to see the bigger picture of what's going on with this journey.  I only post what my family is planning to eat for the week as a reminder for you to plan ahead.  Planning ahead is a key part of my weight management (while I was losing it & now that I'm keeping it off).  Also, having a dinner plan helps me plan my grocery list, budget, and keeps me from standing in front of the fridge after realizing it's an hour past dinner time wondering what I'm going to cook for the fam.  You know what I'm talking about don't you?  It happens to us all, but way less when a plan is kicked into play.  Anyway, the dinner menu is like a map of sorts.  It helps me get from point A to point B in a sane manner.  :)
