I'm goin' to Disney World, and I'm as ready as a...princess?

I am ready for this half marathon.  Kind of.  I need to pack.  I did manage to pull the suitcase out of the storage room.  Baby steps, right?

{last minute details....like printing race documents, packing, buying a tiara}

{making sure everything fits....it's difficult to snap a shot of your own back lol}

Oh, and I pulled together a spreadsheet of where we'll be each day in Disney!  If you're headed there for the race, I would love to meet you in person!!!!  Please email me or comment back up until Wednesday evening.  I leave at 3am Thursday morning (yikes).  Anyway, here's the schedule...

Oh, my gosh, Heather, I was just thinking about your going to Disney. In fact, I mentioned it to my husband while we were having dinner. Imagine that, YOU were the topic of our dinner conversation! Hee hee.

Anyway, wanted to wish you luck. You'll do great and I'm sure you'll have a GREAT time! Wish I could join you. I really, really wish I could join you. Oh, well, maybe next time around.

I had intentions of getting our for another run today and bumping it up to 3 miles (slowly but surely, I'll get back to the 4.5 miles I was at before surgery), but I never got out to run. My job go in the way. I was working here at my desk until 5:30 tonight.

However, I did notice that at 6:00, it's just starting to get a little dark here, which means I could get my runs in a little later in the day now.

So again, have a great trip. Can't wait to hear all about it!

Reen...I SOOOOOOOOOOO wish you could go!!!!!! We would have so much fun!!!!

Ooooooooooo, once you're 100% healed & ready....we'll have to plan some sort of running get together. We'll go somewhere WARM that does not have SNOW. We for sure need a no snow rule. lol I'm sooooo sick of cold & snow. There better not be a single flake of the white stuff in Orlando!

Heather,

Best of luck to you! I know that you will run like the wind and run like a princess. Prayers that you will be shocked at the ease of it all. I can't wait for the day that I can do the same. Wouldn't it be fun to get your readers to meet there at some point in time and all run together. Have fun too! Can't wait to hear all about it.
