A giveaway FIT for a princess (thanks to Boca!)

It's time for me to go to Disney World and run like a princess.  EEEK!  I cannot believe it's finally here.  I never thought I'd hear myself say, "I'm going to run a half marathon!"....and actually MEAN it in a serious manner. lol  It's time for me to go.  I am packing my suitcase.  Making an anal retentive list of what to take.  Making sure all of my clothes are clean.  Putting together special princess info packets for the girls traveling with me.  Wrapping up all of the loose ends for my husband and two kids staying in Ohio while I go run my first big race.  I'll be gone through Monday, but will still be sending updates through Twitter my tweets go straight to my FaceBook account for those of you already on my Facebook friends list).  Feel free to keep track of my trip along with me by following me on Twitter.  I'm sure I'll be uploading crazy pictures along the way.  To do so, sign up here: http://twitter.com/thewwchick

While I'm gone, be sure to enter yourself to win one of four Boca goodie bags! The folks at Boca & Kraft Foods selected my blog to do this really cool giveaway.  Now, I've been a fan of Boca products, especially their burgers & burger crumbles, for years.  Boca played a pretty big part in my weight loss, actually.  (Shhhh...don't tell them that.  They might get a big ego or something.)  I love taking a light bun or Arnold Sandwich Thin, with a Brushetta burger patty, a little marinara sauce, some reduced fat mozerella cheese, diced mushrooms, bell peppers & onion....instant pizza burger!  Not sure what to make for dinner or lunch?  As long as you have Boca products in your freezer, you don't need to worry.  You can have something whipped up in a flash.

Boca wants you to know all about their new endorsement with Weight Watchers.  The endorsement is a big deal.  It means all of the POINTS will be listed right on the box of certain Boca products!  YAY!!!  How much easier could it get, people?  I love it when things are spelled out for me.  Boca burgers, chik ' patties, breakfast links, and ground crumbles are now endorsed by Weight Watchers! You can find all of the nitty gritty details about values for products by clicking this link:

good luck on your 1/2 marathon. The secretary at my WW meeting ran the marathon in Disneyworld in January. The weather was 22 degrees and sleeting...but she finished it. Can't wait to see your "Donald Duck Medal". Darlene proudly showed hers off at our Weight Watcher Meeting!!

Joanne, we get a "princess medal" for doing this one. I know some of their other races have Donald and Goofy. I'll get one of those another time. lol I'll be showing it off everywhere I go for WEEKS after the fact. I'll be the crazy lady wearing it to go grocery shopping. :)

oh a Princess Medal is much better than Donald Duck. That's the race I would have chosen!!

maybe I'll mention it to my husband...I would love to do that. I can do a 5K on my treadmill...hmmm....something to think about!

Joanne, when my friend & I signed up for this race last May, we bth had JUST started to run. I don't think I could run a mile at that point. I trained for 10 months to be able to do this event. You're already 2 miles ahead of where I started. lol DO IT NEXT YEAR! They open registration sometime in May. You get a huge discount on your vacation when you purchase the event package, and your husband will get the same price just for being a "spectator". :)
